Stop Mynas Strathbogie – Workshop #2 2019

The Stop Mynas Strathbogie project is well underway. For our final Myna workshop of the year, we wanted to get out in the field with a practical field trip.

We’ll be visiting 2-3 properties in Euroa to learn the process of trapping Common Mynas. We’ll cover trap placement, baiting and setup with our Myna expert Peter Wiltshire.

This is a great opportunity for those who are struggling with trapping their own Mynas, as people will get to experience proper techniques with one of Victoria’s leading experts.

Myna traps are now available to borrow free from the Euroa Arboretum and Strathbogie Council offices to help you get started.

Time & Date: 10am – 1pm, Saturday the 30th of November, 2019
Location: Empty lot on corner of De boos St and Handbury St, Euroa

RSVPs are essential, so please send yours to events@strathbogieranges.org
